TENERGY 05 has a unique feeling using a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. It is excellent for imparting a great deal of spin on the ball. 05 in the name was adopted from Pimples Code No. 5. Tenergy 05 enables a full range of topspin play at or away from the table. It keeps its explosive power throughout the life of the rubber without the use of speed glue or boosting. Tenergy 05 is very popular among world-class table tennis players. European Champion Timo Boll uses Tenergy 05 on forehand and backhand.

      Aunt (Experience:6〜10 years) Just fly

      Reviews by user

At first, I had a professional, so I changed over to Tenergy 05 and just over. But after all it took rotation and it was easy to do on the table. There are only top players to use. Personally, loop drive was easy to do. Even if the hitting point is low, it will lift up properly. You can't put anything other than tenergy.

ecoecorarara7 (Experience:6〜10 years) Easy-to-use rubber that feels better

      Reviews by user

A rubber that has been used for quite a long time with the image of a rubber that can produce a speed and rotation of plus α according to the swing speed and power of the user.
Because I am a cutman, I used it on Koji Matsushita DF, Bioncello, and the Japanese pole-碧-, but I felt that the amount of rotation and speed of the hit ball depended heavily on the racket. Serve and Tsuttsuki, on the other hand, can be rotated and controlled with any racket, and it is easy to use with no particular compatibility with the racket.

It's dangerous (Experience:2〜3 years) Win a rally match

      Reviews by user

When it was a rally match, it was amazing whether the opponent's coat was noisy.
The loop is very intense in any posture. However, it was difficult to stop. Since Tsuttsuki also cuts off, it is good to decide the Tsuttsuki that is low from Hibetsu Girettsuki with a loop of early hits. Saab was a long god. It can be handled without power (if inside). You should have power. But if you have power, you should make it hard. Therefore, I would like you to use it in a style where the third ball from the long server is stable and the speed is determined by the fifth ball. Some people say their lifespan is short, but I think it's okay if you put silica gel and put a practice adhesive film. Personally, beginners should start with 64 and use 05 or 05 hardware when power comes from 05FX.

gorilla (Experience:4〜5 years) Depending on the user

      Reviews by user

If you practice on one course, the rotation will take place on your own, and if the angle of the racket is a little out of order, the horizontal rotation will be mixed and it will make the practice partner feel uncomfortable. However, it can make the opponent feel difficult in the game.
The soft rubber + spring sponge gives you the feeling of having a ball, but the moment you hit it, the bite of “Kut” was strong and I felt that the initial speed would not go that far. It is a feeling that it is inferior to Chiquita or flick compared to hard rubber. You can play beautiful balls for under-rotation and driving, and you can put out a habit ball. A rubber that has variations in the ball that comes out depending on the user.

Takayuki Niwa fan (Experience:2〜3 years) Highest rotation performance ️

      Reviews by user

I was hit by a friend.
      Tried in the foreground.
I think that the service is often cut off.
However, for attack techniques such as drive and smash
I think there are individual differences.
But I think it is a very versatile rubber.
I thought it was only used by the world's top players.
You may not be used to it at first
If you get used to it, the performance that can not be changed to a different rubber
      I think there is.

Those who did not know the goodness of tenergy (Experience:2〜3 years) I understand why it is so popular

      Reviews by user

Although it is more recent, there was an opportunity to try it, so it was reviewed
The racket used will be a test hit. Note that the rubber hit for the test was a couple of months old.
Because it is Q5 that I usually use, it becomes a comparison with Q5 mainly (fore)

First of all, in the upper rotation meeting and light rally degree, the army goes up to Q5 or feeling Q5
Q5 is also a pretty good rubber, but it is rather deteriorated after 2 to 3 months.
Better than other high-end rubber like other V15 Extras, Fastak G1 and Super Ventas
It was against the lower rotation that I felt a big difference
I tried a loop drive and a speed drive with a slightly strong downward rotation, but in Q5 it was lifted
Balls that are difficult to lift are easily lifted, resulting in a drive with a large amount of rotation.
There was no time to try cutting, Tsuttsuki, and the table because of the trial hit time of about 10 minutes, but the sheet got caught
There is no problem because there is no feeling of flying that tends to occur in high-end tension rubber, which is very good
      It seems
I think I will change to Tenergy 05 at the next rubber change

      Ah (Experience:2〜3 years) Automatic

      Reviews by user

Anyway, it takes an automatic rotation and you can hit a stable drive. Because I used Kiyo leopard usually, it was too bouncy and smash was easy to do
