TENERGY 05 has a unique feeling using a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. It is excellent for imparting a great deal of spin on the ball. 05 in the name was adopted from Pimples Code No. 5. Tenergy 05 enables a full range of topspin play at or away from the table. It keeps its explosive power throughout the life of the rubber without the use of speed glue or boosting. Tenergy 05 is very popular among world-class table tennis players. European Champion Timo Boll uses Tenergy 05 on forehand and backhand.

This is a classic, go-to rubber.
It's a cheat-level rubber that draws an arc and lands deep in your opponent's court with ferocious spin, even off a flat hit,
but the trajectory tends to stay the same every time, so unless you're a rally addict, you're probably going to get countered a lot using it.
I think the price is fair for the performance, but if you can already generate your own spin, a cheaper rubber might be the better choice
The 05 has more spin
The 64 flies straighter, and the 80 feels somewhere in between the 05 and the 64
That said, both serves and chiquitas are excellent, so if you've got the money, Tenergy might still be the way to goAll Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I'm a total Tenergy otaku who's tried every Tenergy except the 19 (lol)
Out of all of them, the one I personally found easiest to use is the Tenergy 05!
When you hit a topspin drive, the arc just happens on its own, so there are fewer mistakes.

I used to have this on the forehand of my Innerforce ALC
The upside: tons of speed and spin, no question!
You get a nice arc, blocks stay on the table, and countering is easy too
Pushes bite well
Even a light touch on a chop puts spin on the ball
It's a high-tension rubber but the ball still lands on the table
The downside: you do get an arc, but I felt like backspin balls were easy to drop into the net
Against choppers, it's hard to produce a ball with little spin on it
I especially felt like the ball comes off the rubber very quickly
(I also tried this rebadged as "Wa no Kyoku Ao," but apparently people can still tell by the sound)
Also, it takes time to get used to. Not suited for beginners or intermediate players
It's expensive too

This thing is insane. It's light, handles everything without a hitch, has great grip on the ball, and the feel is amazing too. Once you use this, you won't be able to go back to any other rubber. (For the backhand, I'd recommend Rasant R48)

Ventus-kun The best rubber so far

This rubber has a really high arc. I feel like that's exactly what gives it its sense of stability. The spin is incredible. Also, on the topic of spin, it puts a huge amount of spin on the ball, but it doesn't get thrown off much by incoming spin itself. This Tenergy 05 really is a great rubber. Drives from far off the table usually take a decent amount of skill, but thanks to that high arc, the ball goes in surprisingly easily. Drives against backspin are also really easy to pull off! As for weaknesses, pushes and stops tend to float up a bit — that's about it, and it's something you can fix with skill. I can't recommend this rubber for beginners, though. The reason is that it lets pretty much anything go in. You might be thinking, "wait, isn't that a good thing?" but because everything goes in so easily, you can get away with not having proper form, and if your coach is teaching you properly that's fine, but if they're not, then when you switch to a different rubber later, shots that used to go in will stop going in, and you won't be able to hit powerful shots anymore. So if you're someone who's only got a little bit of table tennis left in you and, even as a beginner, wants to finish out your table tennis life using Tenergy, then I think this is fine for you. This rubber isn't one for improving your skills — it's a rubber for winning.

No other rubber can beat Tenergy 05. Because of that, I can't even write a fair review of other makers' rubbers anymore — I end up only being able to list their downsides.
It's easy to get topspin going in a nice arc, and it clears the net and lands in your opponent's court more easily than any other rubber. There are plenty of other rubbers that make it easy to hit aggressive topspin drives, but their arcs tend to be flatter, which leads to more net mistakes than with the 05. That's why I can't let this one go.
Its only real weakness is that the topsheet wears out easily. The delicate part is that the edges of the rubber get chewed up and ragged before you know it.
People often say Tenergy's lifespan is short, but I think that's just because the "peak period" you can't get from any other rubber is short — even after heavy use, it still holds up at a higher level than other rubbers.
Dignics has come out too, but I don't feel any need to try a rubber that's even more expensive than Tenergy. Though if Dignics "FX," with its slightly softened sponge, ever comes out, I'd like to give that a try...All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

It's amazing
The spin and speed come out automatically, so a small swing is all you need. I think it works for most people, but some who are used to V15 or Fastarc G1 might find it doesn't suit them... Since everything's automatic, on the flip side, if you swing hard and try to smash the ball, you don't actually get a good shot — it's more about brushing the ball with the sheet.
