TENERGY 05 has a unique feeling using a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. It is excellent for imparting a great deal of spin on the ball. 05 in the name was adopted from Pimples Code No. 5. Tenergy 05 enables a full range of topspin play at or away from the table. It keeps its explosive power throughout the life of the rubber without the use of speed glue or boosting. Tenergy 05 is very popular among world-class table tennis players. European Champion Timo Boll uses Tenergy 05 on forehand and backhand.

I used the 05 Hard before this one, so I can't help but compare them.
Honestly, the Hard wins on both spin and speedBut compared to other rubbers, this one still comes out ahead.
If the Hard is too stiff for you to handle, this one is totally fine!
Bottom line: the price isn't that different, so I'd go with the Hard.
If you can't handle it, go with the 05
If you can, go with the 05 Hard

Coming from high-resilience rubbers, I found this one bounces so much that it's hard to control. I think it's better to go through a slightly tension-leaning rubber as a step between high-resilience rubbers and this one.

Performance worth the price (Experience: ４〜５ years)

As a first-year high schooler, I finally got my hands on the Tenergy I'd always wanted, and it's amazing! The ball quality goes up so much that it just feels great to hit. The ball has real speed and carries well. It works great on both forehand and backhand. The price is a downside, but it's a rubber you'll never regret using!

A senior teammate lent this to me. It gets a ton of spin, topspin drives land easily, and it's super easy to use.

Well, it's basically perfect, lol
Serves, receives, topspin drives, blocks—everything is easy to do!!
The spin and speed on loop drives and speed drives are beyond reproach!!
That said, maybe because of the thickness, the distance felt a little lacking when I dropped back away from the table! Also, stops tend to run a bit long...
If you have delicate ball touch, I think you'll be fine! I think it's a rubber with broad appeal! Please give it a try!!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

After using it, my first thought was "this thing really flies." Even in a light rally, the ball goes all the way to the opponent's end line. But if you just make flat contact, the ball drops a lot. So it's a rubber where you really need to hit so the ball sinks into the sheet. It also generates a ton of spin, so I'd recommend it to people who are good at topspin drives. Beyond that, I think you need to adjust your shots so you don't send the ball out from flying too far.

I hit with Tenergy for the first time, and the spin is definitely strong. But Hurricane makes it easier to get more spin and tricky, unpredictable shots, so I don't really find much reason to use this one. It's a good rubber, but I dislike the short lifespan and how the ball surface gets slick, so I'm not a fan. If I were to put it on, I'd probably put it on my backhand. And if I were putting on a 05, I'd go with the 05 Hard instead.
